On June 16, Vice Principal of University of Edinburgh Prof. Sir John Savill paid a visit to International Campus in Haining, accompanied by Vice Executive President and Dean of International Campus Prof. Song Yonghua, Vice President and Vice Executive Dean of International Campus Prof. Ying Yibin as well as Dean of ZJU-UoE Institute Prof. Ouyang Hongwei.

Prof. Sir John Savill was briefed on the master plan of International Campus and its construction progress, and showed great confidence in its opening in September, after the delegation's tour around the campus and visit to campus facilities such as the residential colleges and teaching buildings.

During the stay in Hangzhou, Prof. Sir John Savill and President Song Yonghua together unveiled the plate for ZJU-UoE Institute and expressed their wish to make the institute a model for Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools. （转）
