- Research Interests：in vivo signal events in the regulation of epithelial homeostasis and injuries. Cellular signal regulation is highly tissue-specific, constituting a molecular basis for pathological alterations in complicated diseases. With the rapid development of Cre-loxP conditional genetics approaches, we have the unprecedented opportunity to investigate in vivo temporal and spatial features of disease-associated molecular events. Our research currently was focusing on epithelial injuries, repair and microenviroments, including pulmonary diseases and cancer.
